Reservations are subject to availability. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received or Amarillo Totes has confirmed the reservation in writing.

Standard rental periods are based on the package selected at the time of booking. If you need more time, extensions may be available for an additional charge.
Extension requests should be made before the scheduled return or pickup date. Extensions are subject to inventory availability.
Delivery and pickup may be available depending on the package selected and the customer's location. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and pickup information.
Equipment should be empty, accessible, and ready for pickup on the scheduled pickup date. Additional fees may apply if equipment is not available for pickup as scheduled.
Customers are responsible for using rental equipment safely and only for normal moving, packing, storage, and transport purposes.
Rental equipment may not be used for hazardous materials, chemicals, flammable substances, biohazards, waste, or anything that could contaminate or damage the equipment.
Normal wear and tear is expected. Customers are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged rental equipment beyond normal use.
Replacement charges may apply for missing or damaged totes, lids, dollies, hand trucks, or other rented equipment. Current replacement amounts may be listed on our website, invoice, checkout page, or rental agreement.
Cancellation and refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. In general, earlier cancellations are easier to refund because equipment has not yet been reserved, delivered, or removed from availability for other customers.
No refund is guaranteed after equipment has been delivered or picked up by the customer.
Amarillo Totes rents moving equipment. We do not provide moving labor, packing labor, loading services, unloading services, or transportation of customer belongings.
Customers are responsible for packing, lifting, loading, transporting, and protecting their own property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amarillo Totes is not responsible for damage to personal property, residences, vehicles, furniture, appliances, or other items during a customer's move, packing, loading, storage, or transportation.
Our maximum liability for any claim related to a rental transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that rental.
We try to keep website information accurate, including pricing, availability, service areas, and package details. Errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by incorrect information.
